Matt Mackay-Smith is a certified red seal technician and has been working in the industry since 2003. His passion has always been geared towards motorsports. He has extensive GM training as he enjoyed over a decade of employment at the local GM dealership working his way from apprentice to service manager. In January of 2018 he decided to leave the dealership to pursue his dream of running his own shop that caters to the performance industry. Matt has greatly enjoyed the freedom of running his own shop and the variety of jobs that come through the door.

Brad Gillis is a motorsport enthusiast to the fullest. When he is not working in the shop at MTMM he is often found in his own shop at home building his next race car. Brad has only been in the trade as a career for a couple years but has been passionate about motorsports his entire life. He is currently doing his automotive apprenticeship while he enjoys a wide variety of jobs in our shop.
Jim Gillis has 35 years experience in the automotive industry. He is the resident MTMM body work specialist and a red seal automotive painter. You can usually find Jim in the paint booth at the shop. He also enjoys building and racing stock cars in his spare time. Like Matt, Jim has extensive GM training and enjoyed many years working in GM dealerships as well as private body shops.

Brian Nicholls

Brian Nicholls has worked in every aspect of the automotive service business from tire sales and install to service management. Brian has two decades of experience in the automotive industry. He always arrives early with a great attitude and a work ethic that is second to none. Brian will always go above and beyond to ensure MTMM clients leave happy. In his spare time he enjoys spending quality time camping with his wife and kids.

Thameren Dyck

Thameren is a great young up and coming technician! He has an excellent aptitude for figuring out mechanical problems. Thameren joined our team a while ago and continues to impress us with his abilities. He is currently enrolled in the apprenticeship program. In his spare time he enjoys working on his Jeep and 4×4 ing in the backcountry. 

Mason Hintz

Mason is relatively new to our team and to the trade. Mason has a desire to learn and comes to work each day with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new things. Mason spends most of his time working with Brad in the body shop. In his spare time he enjoys teaching and playing a variety of musical instruments. He also enjoys tinkering with his own vehicle and constantly making upgrades to it.
